The Leadership Acceleration Bundle is design specifically to provide technical and personal development tools and skills needed to advance your career as a leader. The curriculum will allow you to effectively implement strategies for your bank’s growth success. Learn and expand your skills and knowledge in six key areas:

Today’s best community bank leaders are well-rounded in their knowledge and expertise. This targeted self-guided training will take you through the core elements of leadership and will prepare you to assume greater responsibility. You’ll emerge with a better understanding of the critical components of effective leadership and be able to lead with confidence. Learn skills to leverage your strengths as a leader and implement best outcomes at your institution.

Participants have 36 months from the time of enrolling in the Leadership Academy to complete the online coursework.

The Leadership Acceleration Bundle consists of 26 courses.
