• We expect the hotel will sell out over our dates.
• The ICBA group rate is $329.00
• Room cancellation policy: If you cancel 72 hours in advance of your arrival date there is no penalty; if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, the hotel will charge one-night’s stay on your card.
• Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is noon. 
• Cutoff date for the Renaissance is April 1 or when the block is filled.

Washington, D.C., has taxi, airport shuttles, rideshare, and public transit options.

Metro

The closest Metro station to the hotel is Gallery Place-Chinatown, which is on the Red, Yellow, and Green Lines. National Airport (DCA) is on the Yellow line.

• From Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) – approximately 27 miles

• Sunday, May 1 – Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Federal Delegate Board meetings and Welcome Reception are business casual (no neck ties).
• Monday, May 2 – Breakfast and committee meetings, group lunch meeting, panel discussions are business casual. 
• Tuesday, May 3 – Breakfast and Hill Visits are business dress with coat and tie. Dinner and reception are business casual. 
• Wednesday, May 4 – Breakfast and Hill Visits are business dress with coat and tie.
• Pop-up rain showers are always a possibility this time of the year, so you may want to pack an umbrella.

Self-parking at the hotel per day is $35. Valet parking per day is $61.

At this time, there is no requirement by the hotel or the D.C. government to wear a face mask or show proof of vaccination. However, please bring a mask just in case it is suddenly required by federal or local rules or congressional offices.

Official meetings are only for the volunteer bankers. There is no cost for guests to attend the evening events and the guest breakfast.

You can register additional family members for $250 to attend the evening events and guest breakfast. Space restrictions may apply in some instances; therefore, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
