Jim Simon

Jim Simon joined TCM Bank in 2013 and is responsible for overall management of credit, collection, human resources, and facility-related activities.

Jim has more than 35 years of financial services experience, having previously worked for a $6 billion-asset credit union, financial conglomerate Advanta, and several community banks in South Jersey to acquire expert knowledge in commercial mortgage and consumer lending, credit cards, risk management, and portfolio acquisitions.

Jim obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gettysburg College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
