Terri Howard

Terri Howard joined TCM Bank in 2021 and has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Before joining TCM, she spent 14 years with BASF most recently as Country Director, Human Resources. Terri oversees TCM’s talent strategy and ensures alignment with the Bank’s people-first culture and guiding principles. She serves as TCM’s DEI Committee Co-Chair. 

Terri has a BBA in Human Resource Management and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. In addition, she is a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional and certified as a Business Coach. Terri serves on the Mary & Martha House board, a non-profit organization.
