All six of these women showcase TCM’s guiding principles each day and work to provide the best service to our bank partners.
Agnes Nasso was promoted to senior vice president of marketing and communications. Nasso joined TCM Bank in April 2011 as a marketing manager. She quickly established herself as a leader and worked earnestly to create turnkey marketing materials and campaigns for TCM’s bank partners and grow TCM’s brand and digital footprint. Nasso will continue to lead the marketing department in addition to product and ensure TCM remains on the cutting edge of marketing initiatives and trends.
Katlyn Lents was promoted to vice president of fraud. Lents joined TCM Bank in December 2020 as the fraud prevention manager. Through her knowledge and talents, she quickly rose in the ranks and helped bring TCM’s fraud numbers to levels below the industry average. Lents and her team are passionate about fighting fraud, while knowing there is a healthy balance between excellent customer service and stopping the fraudsters. Lents will continue working to identity fraud trends and ensure TCM remains proactive and vigilant with those trends.
Michelle Bourdon was promoted to client relations rep II. Bourdon has been with TCM since July 2012 when she joined our Customer Contact Center team. In 2017 she transitioned to client relations and has worked to establish herself as a trusted advocate for our community bank partners. In her new role, Bourdon will continue to assist agent bank partners, but also help guide new client relations representatives.
Tameka Reid was promoted to credit underwriter II. Reid joined TCM Bank in July 2019 as a consumer credit underwriter. Through her hard work and talents, she continued to learn and grow in her role and began underwriting for both personal and business customers. Reid will continue to do this in her new role, while performing the necessary credit analysis, due diligence, and regulatory review and help other underwriters in her department.
Victoria Babiy was promoted to senior staff accountant. Babiy has been with TCM since November 2013 and has contributed greatly to the growth of TCM’s accounting department. In her new role, she will continue to maintain TCM’s accounting records in the general ledger and all deposit relationships. Babiy is one of the accounting team leaders and also serves as back up to other department personnel.
Seanette Roberts was promoted to staff accountant II. Roberts joined the TCM Bank team in August 2016 as CD specialist. Roberts was initially onboarded to help TCM’s controller with CD management. She quickly established herself as dependable asset and started taking on more accounts payable tasks. In her new role, Roberts will continue to manage TCM’s CDs, and accounts payable duties like processing vendor invoices and credit balance refund payments.
“Agnes, Katlyn, Michelle, Tameka, Victoria, and Seanette work each day to advance TCM’s mission and support our community bank customers and I couldn’t be more proud of their accomplishments,” TCM Bank President and CEO Damon Moorer said. “We are thrilled to announce this during Women’s History Month, as each one is blazing a trail in their roles with the Bank. I’m proud of the incredible work they have accomplished and look forward to engaging these exceptionally talented individuals in servicing of our community bank partners and our customers.”
