TCM Bank Privacy Policy
TCM Bank respects our customers’ confidential and personal information and has procedures in place to protect it. We share information only with our core servicer, credit reporting agencies, under joint marketing agreements with our agent banks and when required under the law.
We employ strong physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed government standards, such as least privilege access policies, complex passwords, data encryption and biometric access controls. We do not sell customer information. Mobile card app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information.
Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the Solution is being used or not at all, depending on the End User’s selection. End Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

How does TCM Bank, N.A. protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We also maintain other physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect this information and we limit access to this information to those employees for whom access is appropriate.
How does TCM Bank, N.A. collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- open an account or use your credit card
- give us your contact information or provide employment information
- give us your income information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus or other companies.
Why can’t I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions
Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. TCM Bank, N.A. does not share with our affiliates.
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. TCM Bank, N.A. does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include our agent banks.
Other important information
For California Residents Only: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about California residents with nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law, such as with your consent or to service your accounts. We will also limit the sharing of information about you with our affiliates to extent required by applicable California law.
North Dakota Residents: We will not share information we collect about you with non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted by law, such as to process your transactions or to maintain your account.
